Orders bound for Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, or Rhode Island are stopped before checkout. We review the restricted-state policy monthly, only collect the minimum fields required to fulfill (name, address, email), and retain order plus payment audit data per policy.

All packages leave via USPS Priority Mail with discreet exterior packaging. Refunds, when needed, are issued for the USD amount paid with the BTC value recalculated at the moment of refund.

How does Bitcoin checkout work?

Are taxes included?

No. Taxes are calculated right before the invoice using the shipping address. Shipping stays included in the MSRP so the cart stays predictable.

When do you ship?

Once payment is settled (1 confirmation for ounces/QP, 2 for pounds), fulfillment prints within 24 hours and goes out via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
